This lot contains a mineral interest in the Northeast Quarter (NE/4), and East Half of the Southwest Quarter (E/2SW/4) of Section 15, Township 4 North, Range 64 West, 6th P.M. This interest is unitized into a large 1600-acre unit and currently there are eight (8) producing wells. However, Order 407- 3196 approves an order to establish an approximate 1,600-acre drilling and spacing unit and approve up to 24 horizontal wells within the unit, for the production of oil, gas, and associated hydrocarbons from the Niobrara and Codell Formations.

Income represents one-twentieth (1/20) of seller's total interest. The monthly net revenue conveyed is $221.99 based on 2 months of revenue. The listed income is a historical monthly average based on paystubs from the operator/purchaser, not a future prediction. MCEE does not predict or warrant future income - it is the buyer's responsibility to evaluate future income during due diligence.
