Seller pays $1,200 a year to Opal Flinn for the disposal of the Homburg & Schmeidler water. APR Operating pays the seller $300/month to dispose into the Flinn SWD.

MIT was done on 9/25/2024. The payments for the Homburg and Schmeidler water to Opal Flinn are made in the months of June & July so they won't need to be made again until June & July of 2026.
