A new oil and gas lease was executed on July 8, 2025, providing a three-year term with a two-year extension option. The lease carries a 3/16 royalty and includes a renewal bonus of $300 per acre. The lease term runs from July 8, 2028. 

The operating company has indicated potential drilling within the next 2–3 years.
