7/28/2026 - The development location (Hirt Farms A-2) is set to spud Aug 17 or in about 3 weeks.

The winning bidder is purchasing a 0.1% Royalty Interest parcel in Pratt County, Kansas.

• 16 NMA Non-Producing (1,440 gross acres)

Gross Production:  ~44.91 BOPD / ~93 MCFD

Operator Alignment:  The sellers are retaining a 49% Working Interest and an 11.17% Royalty Interest. This structure allows the incoming buyer to partner with the operator and its partners to capitalize the immediate development of the field.

5-Phase Development Plan:  A structured development strategy is in place consisting of two new infield drills targeting structural highs, alongside three well reworks to immediately capture proved behind-pipe reserves.

Secondary Recovery:  Both the K-Zone and M-Zone carbonate reservoirs are highly viable for secondary recovery. An engineered waterflood plan is ready to implement to provide pressure maintenance and maximize the field's total ultimate recovery.

Non-Producing Minerals:  All 1,440 gross mineral acres non-producing have a new OGL with 3 years - 3/16ths royalty. There is interest by an oil & gas company and multiple 3-D drilling locations on the acreage have been identified by a third-party geophysicist.

Current Income:  $92.09/month average based on 6 months of income.

Additional Lots:  Available. Participating or Executive Rights are included with 1% RI or more. Purchases of less than 1% RI will not receive Executive Rights and therefore Non-Participating Minerals and No Lease Bonus or leasing rights.

Effective Date:  August 1, 2026

MCEE Land will record the conveyance for the winning bidder.  The operator will be notified of the new ownership and the recorded instrument will be mailed to the buyer with operator contact info included.  The recording services fee is $215.00 and will be added to the invoice.
