Winning bidder has the option on Lot 20.1.  This lot has been split into two equal lots (20 and 20.1).  The Net Monthly Income stated is for each lot.  The YTD Total Net Income for both lots is $3,849.53 with a Net Monthly Income of $481.19.

Based on the YTD amount on the August, 2021 stub, approximately 55% of income is from Durnill Gas Unit 1, 41% from Durnill Gas Unit 2HI, 3% from Allison Gas Unit 1 and 1% from Allison Gas Unit 2HI.
