This is a 4-well producing Mineral/Royalty Interest package.  All wells are horizontal.  PLUS 2 PERMITTED WELLS.

On March 8th, 2022 the Louisiana Department of Conservation received an application from Chesapeake Operating LLC for 2 additional cross unit Haynesville Shale wells.  The new wells lateral through Sections 2 & 11 Township 15 North Range 15 West with Section 11 being the subject of this sale.  One would expect the 2 new wells to mirror the two CLH 14&11&2-15-15 wells which are providing the bulk of income and production in this lot.  The application and lot are included in the data package; however, you can follow the process by logging on to www.sonris.com and clicking the data portal.

The minerals in this package are located in Caddo Parish, Louisiana a few miles east of the Texas state line in the heart of the Haynesville shale play. There are 4 wells in two formations with Cotton Valley having 1 well and Haynesville Shale 3 wells. 

The 2 new Haynesville Shale wells were drilled from what is referred to as a super pad which is good but not a necessity since the unit is located out in the country in a sparsely populated area where future well locations should not be a problem. 

The winning bidder is getting some the best Haynesville production that there is and they'll see new wells drilled along with decades of future income.
