WELLBORE AND WELLBORE ONLY: EP Energy E&P Company, LP - Killian 12-26-25-C4-5H. It is the intent of the Assignor to convey a 0.00003167 Net Revenue Interest in and to the aforementioned wellbore, as of the Effective Date, as defined in the Assignment of Wellbore Interest;

WELLBORE AND WELLBORE ONLY: EP Energy E&P Company, LP - Killian 13-26-25-C4-6H. It is the intent of the Assignor to convey a 0.00003167 Net Revenue Interest in and to the aforementioned wellbore, as of the Effective Date, as defined in the Assignment of Wellbore Interest.

Please Note: The MCEE land department will record the conveyances for the winning bidder.  They will then notify the operators of the new ownership by sending a copy of the recorded deeds requesting the interest be put into suspense and division orders sent out.  The recorded instruments will be mailed to the buyer with operator contact info included.  The recording, notifying and document fees are $92.00 and will be added to the invoice.
