NO RESERVE!

Keller 1 (API 15-097-21368-0002) was producing 7 bbl of oil and 50 bbl of water per day under a packer from the Kinderhook.  The pump stuck so the operator pulled the pump and reworked it.  They treated the well with a mild chemical.  Pump was ran back into the hole and operator swabbed for two days bringing back salt water but no oil.  The operator was not able to get oil back and shut the well in. The well has been shut in for 6 years and the tubing, rods, pump, pumpjack, motor, and tank battery was moved to another well site. This is a cased hole (4 1/2") with a cap.

Keller 2 (API 15-097-21510-0000) is a Mississippi gas well. Operator pulled equipment off in the spring of 2019 and the shut in pressure was 1100 psi after having been shut in for a time. This also is a cased hole (4 1/2") with a cap.

The operator has recently had the landowner sign a new lease so the lease is active. Wells just need someone to operate them.
