5-Well Oxford Witte Royalty Interest + 1 Permit - Various royalty interest (producing minerals) in five (5) wells, located in the R. C. Brashear Survey, A-54, Karnes County, Texas.  

The Smith-Mellick-Oxford Witte SA 1H well is currently permitted.

Note:  The Revenue Statement included in the data package is for information purposes and is not representative of the interest owned by the seller or what is being conveyed in this lot.  Please refer to the charts above and below.

Note: The MCEE Land department will record the conveyance for the winning bidder.  Once received the operators will be notified of the new ownership by sending a copy of the recorded conveyances requesting the interest be put into suspense and division orders sent out.  The recorded instruments will be mailed to the buyer with operator contact info included.  The recording, notifying and document fees are $230.00 and will be added to the invoice.
