Lewis, Lessee, recorded at Volume 654, Page 642, Deed Records of Panola County, Texas, save and except that portion of 704 acres included within two oil producing units comprising 40 acres each, being identified in that Release of Oil and Gas Leases executed by Arkansas Louisiana Gas Company and Robert Cargill dated December 8, 1978, recorded at Volume 650, Page 189, under File No. 31207, Deed Records of Panola County, Texas. Insofar and only insofar as such Lands are included within the Judge Gas Unit No. 1, Panola County, Texas
