Royalty Interest in Oklahoma County, OK

4.50 NMA HBP at 1/8th Royalty by the Sarah E Corbett #2 well operated by RC Taylor Operating Company, LLC.  Being sold is .003516 RI in this well.  In 2019 the well made 632 BO and 21,479 MCF.  That's daily averages of 1.75 BOPD and 59 MCFD.  At today's prices that would make $17 per month net to this interest.  We haven't seen a check yet due to operators $100 minimum.  See Decline Curve in the data package.  This is a low decline, long lived asset.
