This is an injector/producer paring.  The well is on an ESP. The well makes about 10 bopd when run continuously.  Currently selling a load of oil per month,  However, about 5 bopd is lost to the injector because of lack of proper separation.  An effective fix would be to install a gun barrel to get this well to 15 bopd.  The current operator has spent $40k on injection pump rebuilds and site improvements.  The wellsite is automated with auto high level and high pressure discharge ESDs.  Seller will also consider bids for a non-operated working interest (min 50%) as well and maintain operatorship.
