Lefevre, dated Apr. 30, 1936, which is recorded in Vol. 132, Pages 594-598, Deed Records, Atascosa County, Texas, the 80 acres, which South line is also the Northwest line of the Townsite of Charlotte, Texas, and the North line of said 80 acres being a sufficient distance North of said South line of the specifically reserved 160 acres to have and include 80 acres, SAVE AND EXCEPT, approximately 29.6 acres located in the northern part of above described 80 acre tract and being that part of a 41.91 acre tract contained within above described 80 acre tract said 41.91 acre tract being more particularly described in a deed dated Oct. 12, 1960 from Jesse Pruitt, as Grantor, to J. T. William, as Grantee, recorded at Vol. 277, Page 124 in the Deed Records of Atascosa County, Texas.
