Alston Survey in Panola County, Texas, being more described as all that certain tract or parcel of land comprising of 704 acres, more or less, being described by metes and bounds in that certain Oil, Gas and Mineral Lease dated March 19, 1979 between Janie Furrh Pitts, et al, Lessors, and Leon C. Lewis, Lessee, recorded at Volume 654, Page 642, Deed Records of Panola County, Texas, save and except that portion of 704 acres included within two oil producing units comprising 40 acres each, being identified in that Release of Oil and Gas Leases executed by Arkansas Louisiana Gas Company and Robert Cargill dated December 8, 1978, recorded at Volume 650, Page 189, under File No. 31207, Deed Records of Panola County, Texas. Insofar and only insofar as such Lands are included within the Judge Gas Unit No. 1, Panola County, Texas
